Payments and cancellations 

  • A deposit fee of $100 is required to secure your booking.

 

  • To respect the time and preparation that goes into each portrait session, deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of your appointment. 

 

  • This policy helps us hold your reserved time and ensures we can continue offering a quality experience for all clients.

 

  • The remaining balance will be charged one day before your session, unless a payment plan has been arranged.

 

  • We accept cash, card, online transfer, or payments via our website.

Refunds and Returns 

  • Every print and product we create is crafted with care, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns if you simply change your mind.
