This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from www.bowlcollective.co.nz⁠

Order Processing

As we currently offer books on a pre-order basis, orders are not shipped immediately.

Please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for printing and processing before your order is dispatched.

Processing times may be longer during busy periods, public holidays, or unexpected production delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.

If you are located outside of New Zealand or Australia, please contact us at info@bowlcollective.com and we can assist you from there.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on your location and the size of your order.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Pre-Orders

All book orders are currently sold as pre-orders.

Delays

While we do our best to keep orders moving as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by printing providers, postal services, couriers, customs processes, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping details are correct when placing your order.

Bowl Collective NZ is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bowlcollective.com with your order number and photos where relevant.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
