At Bowl Collective NZ, we take care in packaging and sending every order and want you to receive your book in excellent condition.

Returns and Refunds

As our books are physical products, we only accept returns or offer refunds where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at info@bowlcollective.com, including your order number and photos of the issue where possible.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Timeframes

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
